"THE FIRST OUTDOOR" 是由成立于美国DELAWARE州的FBAINTERNATIONAL GROUP Co，Ltd．（FBA国际集团有限公司）创立，所有产品全部按照美国ASCA美国安全探险协会和美TAAC登山俱乐部标准研发生产。以创新专利技术和新材料为动力，以满足全球户外运动人士的专业要求为宗旨。2005年由香港成立的美国第一户外品牌（中国）投资有限公司代理"THE FIRST OUTDOOR"申请了四项专利的登山鞋系列产品在中国上市。2006年FBA INTERNATIONAL GROUP Co．．Ltd．将旗下户外产品授权成立于美国CALIFORNIA州 U．S．A．THE FIRST OUTDOOR INC（美国第一户外有限公司）实施全球化经营并将业务重心定位于亚洲市场。为了配合公司具体实施亚洲战略目标，将设在香港的分支机构重新整合，成立了 U.S.A.THE FIRST OUTDOOR（CHINA） CO，Ltd．[美国第一户外（中国）有限 公司]。设立以亚洲人特别是中国人的身体生理结构参数为设计研究开发基础的第一户外（亚洲）产品研发中心，专门设计研发更加适合亚洲人脚型和身体结构的户外用品。
